Summer

Our summer weather is in full swing and some thrift stores in my area have re-opened! Hallelujah!

I have to say one *tiny* bright spot about quarantine was that it gave me ample time to list some clothing items on eBay that were in my give-away pile. I realized they were just sitting there, so might as well try! Plus, it saved me a future trip to one of those buy and sell stores; it's always such a gamble with what they'll buy from you, and the employees are usually a bit less than friendly! Some things I sold didn't go for much but I don't mind. I also decided to look around on Poshmark and eBay for replacements for things I decided to sell, for example the (new to me) black skirt below! Searching used sites can be time consuming but I think it pays off, especially if you find something specific you like and can then shop around for a good price.

Btw- do you have a favorite second-hand clothing site? I've made a couple of purchases from Mercari and have perused Depop a bit; just curious about favorites!
